Insiders showed the real color of the iPhone 18 Pro: dark cherry was a deep burgundy

In the network appeared fresh leaks with a demonstration of the colors of the future iPhone 18 Pro. According to insiders, the dark cherry hue of the flagship was much darker than early concepts and closer to a deep burgundy color.

Initially, leaks indicated a brighter cherry performance, but the new materials show a restrained and strict tone. The back panel of the smartphone is made in matte dark maroon color, which changes the saturation depending on the lighting.

Apple has traditionally used deeper and muted shades for Pro series devices compared to standard models. At this stage, insider information reflects one of the tested options for anodizing the case, so the final shade by the time of the announcement may receive minor adjustments.
