A Watch With a Working Log Pose: Swiss Brand Tendence Reissues Its Limited One Piece Collection

Swiss watch brand Tendence has announced a reissue of its popular One Piece collaboration — the Batch N°2 collection. For fans, the main draw is that elements of the pirate universe aren’t just printed on the dial’s backing but physically built into its mechanics.

The original series came out eight years ago, in 2018, and sold out fast. Now the manufacturer is bringing two classic models back to market in a combined run of just 500 pieces, according to an official press release on PR Times.

A Rotating Dial and a Wheel of Fortune

For both versions, the designers based the watch on the chunky KingDome line, with a large 50mm case, a quartz movement, a silicone strap and a heavily domed mineral crystal that creates the effect of a glass sphere.

The first model — the Log Pose Model — is limited to 300 pieces. It faithfully mimics the Log Pose, the navigational instrument Nami uses. When the wrist moves, the top layer of the dial spins freely and the central hand sways in time with each step, according to the One Piece franchise’s official site. Each piece has a unique serial number engraved on the case back.

The second version — the East Blue Model — is limited to 200 pieces and comes in a blue-and-gold nautical color scheme. Its rotating element is shaped like a ship’s wheel. One edge of the wheel is painted red: on the collection page, the manufacturer suggests spinning the wheel with a flick of the wrist and treating wherever the red section randomly stops as an improvised fortune reading.

Price and an Instant Sellout

Both models offer basic water resistance to 5 atmospheres. The official price in Japan was 64,900 yen including tax (about $450).

Although the official retail launch is set for October 16, 2026, buying the collection at its original price will be next to impossible. Preorders opened on September 15, and as of today both models are listed as completely sold out in Tendence’s official Japanese online store. Fans booked out the entire preorder run in a matter of days, so anyone who wants a watch with a Log Pose will most likely have to hunt for one on the secondary market.
