For Harry Potter Fans: realme Launches 16 Pro 5G Special Edition with a Color-Changing Hogwarts Crest

realme has teamed up with Warner Bros. to unveil a limited edition of the realme 16 Pro 5G Harry Potter Edition. Unlike basic collaborations, where brands often stop at a themed box and wallpapers, this new model features a heavily reworked body. The standout feature of the collector’s device is the Hogwarts crest on the back panel, which can change color in real time.

The phone’s body comes in a Magic Brown shade with a textured, embossed surface that evokes the magical chess set. The centerpiece — a combined crest of the four houses — is printed with a special photosensitive ink. Under ultraviolet light or direct sunlight, it reveals the classic colors of Gryffindor, Slytherin, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff. At the same time, on the official product page, the developers honestly warn collectors: over time, this photochromic effect may gradually fade due to natural wear of the coating.

The designers also reimagined other exterior elements: the camera module is visually styled after the eyes of Hedwig the owl, and the metal side frame is laser-engraved with the words “Welcome to Hogwarts.”
