Esports Awards 2026 Voting Opens for Best Esports Games, Teams, and Streamers of the Year

The organizers of the annual Esports Awards 2026 have opened fan voting for top achievements in competitive gaming. Players, teams, streamers, and media personalities will compete for the season’s top honors, with the winners set to be announced November 17 at a ceremony in Miami.
Fans can vote for their favorites on the official Esports Awards voting page until November 10. Users are allowed to vote daily, giving fan communities a bigger say in the final results.
Esports Game of the Year Contenders
Nine titles are competing for the top spot in the flagship Esports Game of the Year category:
- Counter-Strike 2;
- League of Legends;
- Valorant;
- Dota 2;
- Fortnite;
- Mobile Legends: Bang Bang;
- Honor of Kings;
- PUBG Mobile;
- Rocket League.
Last year, the main trophy went to League of Legends, which was also named the best discipline of the decade at the milestone Decade Awards ceremony.
Categories for Players, Clubs, and Content Creators
The awards span all areas of the industry, from professional players to casters and tournament operators.
- Esports Personality of the Year: Faker, Caedrel, Ibai, Jynxzi, Boaster, Shotzzy, host Sjokz, and chess player Magnus Carlsen;
- Streamer of the Year: IShowSpeed, Kai Cenat, Jynxzi, Caedrel, CaseOh, community caster ohnePixel, TheBurntPeanut, and Cinna;
- Esports Content Creator of the Year: TenZ, FNS, HungryBox, Mixwell, ZooMaa, and NiceWigg;
- Club of the Year: Team Vitality, T1, G2 Esports, Team Spirit, 100 Thieves, NRG, Karmine Corp, and OpTic Gaming.
Rules and Scoring System
In most competitive categories, the final score combines two parts: 75% of the weight comes from an expert panel, while 25% comes from fan votes.
Media categories are the exception — winners in Streamer of the Year, Esports Personality of the Year, Esports Content Creator of the Year, and Esports Content Group of the Year are determined 100% by fan voting. Special honorary awards for industry contributions (Lifetime Achievement and Panel’s Choice) are decided exclusively by the panel.
The Esports Awards 2026 ceremony will take place on November 17, 2026, in Miami, Florida. The show will be live streamed for free across YouTube, Twitch, X, SOOP, and Rumble.
