Mafia: The Old Country Gets ‘Man of Honor’ Story DLC Featuring Young Salieri Alongside The Omertà Collection

Developer Hangar 13 and publisher 2K have released the first story expansion, Man of Honor, for action game Mafia: The Old Country. The DLC adds two new chapters featuring a young Ennio Salieri, side challenges, collectibles, and a batch of vehicles.

The DLC is set in the winter of 1905, shortly after protagonist Enzo Favara is inducted into the Torrisi family. The hero’s main partner is a young Ennio Salieri—the future head of the Lost Heaven crime syndicate from the original Mafia. The new missions are integrated into the main campaign and can also be launched separately once unlocked in the menu.

Open-World Activities and New Gear

According to 2K’s official blog, Free Ride mode now features Salieri’s Challenges, including wave-based shootouts, stealth missions, circuit races, and time trials. Completing tasks for Salieri—such as stealing rare cars, cracking safes, and delivering contraband—rewards players with Dinari currency. The map of Sicily also gains stunt ramps, “Wanted” posters, and sulfur trucks for sabotage.

The player’s garage and inventory now include:

• 3 firearms and 3 combat knives;
• 3 cars and 2 horses;
• 3 outfit sets, 5 hats, and 5 charms;
• A fresh set of Steam achievements.

Mafia: The Omertà Collection Launch and Franchise Discounts

Alongside the expansion came the release of Mafia: The Omertà Collection. The bundle includes the Definitive Editions of the first three games and Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition, which comes bundled with the Man of Honor DLC and previous Deluxe content.

Steam has launched a Mafia Franchise Sale, offering the base game of The Old Country at 40% off and remasters of previous entries at up to 84% off. The standalone Man of Honor DLC is priced at €9.99.
