Woman Simulator Hits Steam — a Satirical Housewife Sim with Cooking, Cleaning and a Controlling Husband

Studio Sebasa Games has released Woman Simulator on Steam — a first-person satirical sim built around an endless list of household chores. It launched on September 25, 2026, and a free demo is also available.

The player’s main job is to keep the household running while also watching the character’s morale. The list of activities includes cooking, washing dishes and floors, doing laundry, drying and ironing clothes, along with other everyday tasks.

The relationship with the husband is a separate mechanic. He periodically checks on what the player is doing and reacts to it, and you can improve his mood in various ways — for example, by paying him a compliment or using flattery.

The developers describe it specifically as a satirical take on domestic routine, so Woman Simulator does not try to realistically model a housewife’s life — it deliberately pushes certain situations and stereotypes to the point of absurdity.

35 achievements and full gamepad support

Woman Simulator is a single-player game and supports 35 Steam achievements, cloud saves, Family Sharing and controllers.

The interface and subtitles are available in 16 languages, including Ukrainian and Russian. The English version also promises full voice acting.

The developers also disclosed their use of generative AI. Some of the images and music were created with AI tools, and generative systems were also used in preparing some of the localizations.

20% launch discount

Through October 9, Woman Simulator is selling with a 20% launch discount. In the European region, the price is temporarily cut from €7.49 to €5.99, though the price on Steam may vary by country.

According to SteamDB, the game appeared in the store before release and moved to full released status on September 25.

Woman Simulator continues the deliberately absurd simulator format that has become popular among small studios, where an ordinary activity turns into a set of game mechanics. In this case, the developers built everything around domestic routine and satire of the stereotypical idea of a housewife’s role.
