Razer has released a flagship wireless mouse Naga V3 Pro. The main innovation was the return of the allocated third button under the ring finger, and the total number of programmable keys in the device, taking into account interchangeable panels, reached 23.

In the third generation of the Naga series, the developers returned the button under the ring finger, providing it with a physical fixator on the bottom of the device. If the key is not used, it can be hardware locked, turning it into a finger stand. With the help of Razer Synapse 4 software, this button can be configured as a Hypershift modifier, which, when pressed, completely changes the layout of the 12 side buttons and doubles the number of available commands.

Numbers on interchangeable panels are now made by double-shot molded, which prevents them from abrading. In addition, two additional quick access keys appeared on the side of the left mouse button, on which the DPI sensitivity adjustment is assigned by default.

Technical characteristics and weight loss

Engineers will significantly update the hardware filling of the device:

  • Optical sensor: Razer Focus Pro 50K Gen-3 with a resolution of up to 50,000 DPI and Frame Sync technology, synchronizing the sensor frequency with the refresh rate of the monitor;
  • Mass: The weight of the device decreased to 112-117 grams (depending on the panel) against 133 grams in the previous Naga V2 Pro;
  • Switches: the main keys received optical switches Razer Gen-4 with a resource of 100 million clicks and reduced by 12% click effort;
  • Scrolling wheel: HyperScroll Tilt Wheel Gen-2 with 4 operating modes and the ability to automatically switch from tactile mode to free rotation during fast scrolling.

The official price of the Razer Naga V3 Pro at the start of sales is $179,99.
