Acer has launched sales of the Go Air, a compact metal laptop powered by an Intel Core 5 320 processor from the Wildcat Lake generation. Weighing 1.19 kg, the device features a 14-inch 120Hz display, a 70Wh battery, and Thunderbolt 4 support.

The model is a local version of the ultrabook announced on the official Acer website. It is powered by an energy-efficient 6-core Intel Core 5 320 chip (2 performance and 4 efficiency cores clocked at up to 4.6 GHz with a 15W base power limit).

Display, Ports, and Battery Life

The laptop features a 14-inch 1920×1200 display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% sRGB color gamut coverage, and a 120Hz refresh rate. Its metal chassis measures 12.9mm thick, and the hinge opens up to 180 degrees.

Connectivity options include two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB-A port, as well as Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. The top bezel houses a 1080p infrared webcam for Windows Hello authentication, while audio is handled by four speakers supporting DTS:X Ultra. The 70Wh battery delivers up to 19 hours of battery life and supports fast charging up to 50% in 30 minutes.

According to ITHome, the Acer Go Air is available in China in green, blue, pink, and purple for 5,499 yuan (around $760).
