Carbon and a Glowing Bumper: Larte Design Unveils a Radical Body Kit for the Mercedes-AMG G 63

Tuning studio Larte Design has released the WINNER Widebody kit for the updated Mercedes-AMG G 63 SUV (2024–2026 models). While rivals in the trade such as Brabus or Mansory usually boost the engine along with the exterior work, Larte took a different approach: the company completely reworked the G-Wagen’s design while leaving the factory mechanicals untouched.

Integrated Lighting and Installation Without Cutting the Body

The kit’s most noticeable feature is the extra daytime running lights built right into the lower part of the front bumper. Another light unit in a carbon housing has appeared on the roof. Larte Design engineers synchronized the new lights with Mercedes’ factory electronics: the lighting can be controlled with the standard switches, so no separate, unsightly buttons have to be run into the cabin.

The aero package consists of 16 elements made from 100% carbon fiber. It includes wheel arch extensions, an aggressive hood, new bumpers, side skirts, a spoiler and a carbon spare-wheel cover. The parts are certified to German TÜV standards. Installing the kit takes about six hours and uses the factory mounting points, so owners won’t have to cut the original body panels.

Supercar Looks, Stock Reliability

Leaving the mechanicals alone makes the project appealing to those who want their car to stand out in traffic but aren’t willing to risk the engine’s longevity and factory warranty. Under the hood sits the standard 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 with a 48-volt starter-generator. It produces the rated 585 metric horsepower (in US specs that figure converts to 577 hp) and 850 Nm of torque.

The final price of the kit is not disclosed on the project’s official page and depends on the customer’s preferences. The carbon-fiber elements can be left in their original form with exposed carbon texture or painted entirely in the body color.
