The co-op roguelike Stonewards, which combines resource gathering with castle defense elements, has been released on Steam. The game is designed for a team of up to four players who must fight off hordes of monsters and protect the dwarf king.
The gameplay revolves around venturing into mines and underground tunnels to collect valuable ores. Players use the gathered resources to forge new weapons, purchase gear, upgrade characters, and fortify the castle. The squad’s main objective is to build a solid defense and hold back the incoming waves of monsters.
Among the unique mechanics, the developers highlight the ability to drink beer with teammates during breaks between battles.
The project is already available for purchase on the game’s Steam page. Stonewards includes a Russian text translation, and the game costs approximately $5.
