The popular late 2000s internet legend “Jeff the Killer” is set to become the basis for a feature-length horror film. The project is being developed by the film studio Tongal in collaboration with popular TikTok creator and director Savana Moss.

Savana Moss is known online for her short viral sketches that blend elements of comedy and visual horror. Now, in partnership with the Tongal platform, she will bring the famous internet story to the big screen.

The character “Jeff the Killer” emerged during the golden age of creepypastas and became one of the most recognizable urban legends on the web. The character is known for the iconic edited photograph of a person with pale skin, a carved smile, burnt eyelids, and the phrase “Go to sleep.”
