Netflix Renews Guy Ritchie’s ‘The Gentlemen’ for Season 3 Ahead of Season 2 Premiere

Streaming service Netflix has officially ordered a third season of the crime series The Gentlemen. The renewal decision comes early — nine days ahead of the Season 2 premiere, which arrives on the platform on September 3, 2026.
Director Guy Ritchie will continue to lead the project as its creator, writer, and executive producer.
Expansion to Italy and Season 2 Trailer
Alongside the renewal announcement, Netflix released a full-length Season 2 trailer. The new chapter takes place one year after the Season 1 finale: British aristocrat Eddie Horniman, played by Theo James, fully immerses himself in running the underworld business and, together with Susie Glass (Kaya Scodelario), expands operations beyond the UK into the Italian criminal market.
Also returning to their roles are:
- Daniel Ings — Freddy Horniman;
- Ray Winstone — crime boss Bobby Glass;
- Vinnie Jones — gamekeeper Geoff Seacombe;
- Giancarlo Esposito — billionaire Stanley Johnston;
- Joely Richardson — Lady Sabrina.
Season 3 Plans and Meghan Markle Rumors
According to Variety, plot details for Season 3 are currently under wraps, while the filming schedule will be set once Guy Ritchie completes work on his current projects.
As reported by Deadline, producers have held preliminary talks with Meghan Markle about a potential role in Season 3, though Netflix has not yet officially confirmed her casting.
