Developers of fan multiplayer CyberMP for Cyberpunk 2077 showed gameplay with support for up to 66 players

Modification developers CyberMP A demonstration of the full network mode for Cyberpunk 2077. The project is in semi-open beta testing, supports servers of up to 66 people and allows you to create custom worlds in the spirit of GTA RP or play the game in a cooperative.
The CyberMP project has attracted fan attention after CD Projekt Red officially canceled the development of its own online mode for Night City. As part of the stress test, the authors managed to record a peak of 66 simultaneous connections on one server. At the same time, the developers recognize that the tickrate drops at maximum load, so the comfortable limit for a stable game without lags is now from 30 to 40 users.

Mechanics and adaptation of Sandevistan
The team of modelers managed to configure end-to-end synchronization of pedestrians, urban traffic, collision physics and bullet flight during PvP combats.
The mechanics of the popular Sandevistan implant were reworked especially for online. Since classic time dilation in multiplayer can not be applicable, in CyberMP, the implant gives the owner a high boost to the speed of movement and attack, while the world around him continues to move in real time.
