Tokyo Revengers Season 4 Premieres on Disney+: New Arc Runs for 13 Episodes

On October 2, 2026, the fourth season of the anime Tokyo Revengers began airing in Japan and on international streaming platforms. The continuation adapts the “Three Deities War” story arc. As with the previous installment, Disney+ retained exclusive global streaming rights outside Asia, so new episodes will roll out there weekly, bypassing the usual dedicated platforms like Crunchyroll.
The Tokyo Swastika Splits and the Bid to Save Mikey
The season picks up after an exhausting confrontation with the Tenjiku gang. The Tokyo Swastika has officially disbanded, but the hoped-for happy ending never comes. Takemichi Hanagaki returns to the present and finds that Mikey has plunged fully into darkness. To save the former leader, the protagonist once again travels to the past, where three new brutal criminal gangs are now fighting for control of the city: Brahman, Rokuhara Tandai and Kanto Manji. The last of them is led by Mikey himself.
According to the story synopsis on the project’s official website, viewers will be introduced to a whole lineup of important characters who will set the tone for the final saga of the entire story. Among them are Takeomi Akashi, Wakasa Imaushi, Keizo Arashi and South Terano. The season’s first episode has already aired under the franchise-wide number 51 and is titled Break up.

A Compact Season from Studio LIDENFILMS
Animation studio LIDENFILMS is still handling production, with director Akinori Fudesaka at the helm, as stated in the crew section. The season’s music has been refreshed: the energetic opening theme IGNITE is performed by boy band JO1, while rock group go!go!vanillas recorded the ending track “Trickster.”
The overall scope of the new arc is already known. In the official Blu-ray and DVD release schedule for the season, the disc releases are split into three parts (episodes 51–54, 55–58 and 59–63). That means the “Three Deities War” will be fairly compact and run for exactly 13 episodes.
